This is a 1" swivel for the rear swivel position. This swivel was delivered on all pre 64 model 70 rifles, other than magnum and Super Grade. This is an original Winchester part.
Swivel pricing is according to condition.
NOTE: Any swivel with evidence the threads had contacted the bottom buttplate screw (a common issue) have been graded "good", even if the head and swivel loop are perfect. If you purchase a swivel graded good, it may have light damage near the end of the threads.
