This is a .30-06 aftermarket 24"barrel. It is not a Winchester contour and will not fit a Pre-64 stock without modification to the stock. It has holes for adding a front sight ramp but no provision for a rear sight (use it with a receiver sight as is or modify it to add the rear sight to the barrel). The barrel is not marked with the chambering.
Bluing - 90% - The bluing is about 90%, with a small worn spot from the stock.
Metal - There are a few light scratches but no significant marks of metal damage.
Bore - 7/10 - There is almost no wear in the throat, but some shallow pitting in the bore. The rifling is still bright and smooth. Borescope verified.
