This Monte Carlo style stock is originally from a standard rifle produced between 1951 and 1958. It will fit all standard rifles produced between 1948 and 1963, other than the H&H magnums and .458 Magnum chamberings.
This stock is in excellent condition, with no cracks, chips, gouges, dents, or past repairs. It appears this stock may have been refinished a long while back, though we aren't certain about that. There are some areas of peeling, light scratches, and dings from handling. The checkering overall is quite sharp, but there are a few spots where it's been flattened or banged.
The stock is fitted with a Pachmayr vented recoil pad, and the length of pull has been increased from 13-5/8" to about 14-1/2" inches. This stock is ideal for a tall hunter with long arms.
