This stock is originally from a standard rifle produced between 1951 and 1961. It will fit all standard rifles produced between 1948 and 1963 other than the H&H magnums. The stock has been pillar bedded; the bedding material is clean and solidly bound to the wood. It may require slight fitting to your receiver. There is a White Line Deluxe recoil pad installed. The pad is still soft and is not cracked. A "dummy" screw has been installed in the forearm.
The finish appears to be an older refinish. There is a notable scuff near the front sling base and there are several shallow dings and scuffs. There are no notable chips, cracks, or other damage. The checkering is crisp and clean, with sharp points.
