Hard black rubber buttplate for late-production sporter and featherweight rifles.
Butt plates measure 5 inches high by 1-5/8 inches wide. Hole spacing is 3-3/8 inches center to center.
Used parts are an original Winchester item in very good or fair condition. Reproduction parts are new. The fair condition buttplates have seen 60 or more years of use and while they are fully functional, original Winchester parts, they will have gouges and worn spots.
NOTE: Buttplates were individually fitted to each stock in the Winchester factory. They are not fully interchangeable and some fitting may be required to install a different buttplate to a rifle. This fitting will probably include minor reshaping of the buttplate AND/OR THE STOCK. Please anticipate this reality when purchasing a replacement buttplate.
