This is a .220 Swift standard barrel, manufactured in 1936. It is 26" in length. The barrel is not stainless steel. The barrel is CMS steel and is rust blued.
Bluing - 90% - This barrel retains the factory original Carbonia rust blue and has some light freckles, but minimal bluing loss.
Metal - Overall, this barrel is in very good condition. There are some very minor scratches in several spots, but no notable nicks or other forms of metal damage.
Bore - 7/10 - The bore is very good except for some very light pitting in the final two inches of the barrel. The rifling is bright and smooth otherwise. Borescope verified.
