The receiver and bolt are marked with matching serial numbers - 431499.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe metal is in exceptional condition, with the original bluing rating at 95% and very little wear.  There's very slight edgewear at the muzzle and on a few of the bolt components.  The bottom metal is smooth and dark with no blemishes, and the steel buttplate shows virtually no wear. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe bore of the 24\" barrel is nearly perfect, with very little throat wear and just a few small shallow pits.  It rates a 9 out of 10 under borescope examination.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Monte Carlo style stock remains in excellent condition with its original factory finish.
