This is a Featherweight barrel for a pre 64 Winchester model 70 rifle, chambered in .243 Winchester. This barrel was manufactured between 1957 and 1963. It has the #7 ramp.
Bluing - 90% - This bluing on this barrel is in very good condition; it has a worn spot on the bottom, next to the threaded portion, and another small one from the stock.
Metal - Very good condition, with a very few light scratches, but no gouges, pits, etc. There is some freckling on the muzzle.
Bore - 7/10 - The bore is in good condition, with some throat wear, and light pitting near the muzzle. Borescope verified.
