This is a .243 Winchester Featherweight barrel without a date stamp - date stamps were dropped in the later production years.
Bluing - 80% - The bluing on this barrel is faded and has significant spots of bluing wear, particularly in the area under the stock.
Metal - Overall, this barrel is in good condition. There are some shallow scratches and dings near the muzzle and light freckling in some of the worn spots.
Bore - 6/10 - The bore has some wear and heat cracking in the throat and there is also some light pitting and wear at the muzzle (cleaning rod damage?) resulting in a rating of 6 out of 10. Borescope verified.
