{"product_id":"270-win-standard-rifle-1972","title":".270 Win Standard Rifle - 1950","description":"\u003cp\u003eThis is a very clean .270 Win S\u003cspan\u003etandard\u003c\/span\u003e rifle, produced in 1950.  The receiver and bolt are serial number matched with number 167549.  The rifle retains all its \u003cspan\u003eoriginal factory \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003efinishes and configuration in excellent condition.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe original factory bluing is exceptional, rating at 95% overall.  There are no notable scratches, rubs, faded areas or edgewear.  There is minor bluing loss on some of the bolt components and the receiver rails.  The receiver finish looks slightly faded compared with the barrel bluing, but still in excellent condition.  The factory steel buttplate also retains its original bluing with a few small scratches.    \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe bore of the 24\" barrel is near perfect, with absolutely no throat wear.  There is one area of slight freckling just inside the muzzle, but no other sign of use or damage.  We grade the bore a 9+ out 10 with boresceope examination.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe stock wears its factory finish in very good condition with minor small handling marks.  There are no cracks, gouges, chips or deep scratches.  The checkering remains very clean and unblemished with only slight flattening.  The length of pull is standard at 13-5\/8\".\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eNOTE: This rifle must be shipped to an FFL or C\u0026amp;R holder who can complete the transfer.
