This is a Winchester pre 64 model 70 Featherweight barrel manufactured in 1955.
Bluing - 90% - The bluing is mostly dark and even but has three rubbed spots on the top of the barrel.
Bore - Overall 9/10, this barrel appears to be almost unfired, with no throat wear but with some very light freckling near the muzzle. Borescope verified.
Metal - This barrel has several shallow scratches in the metal consistent with normal use. Overall, the barrel is in very good condition.
