This is a .30 Government 06 standard barrel from a standard 1946 Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 80% - This barrel shows some significant spots of wear throughout the entire length of the barrel. There is notable rubbing wear towards the barrel crown.
Metal - Overall, this barrel is in good condition. The barrel is quite scratched and there are numerous nicks in the metal. All the damage is superficial and will not affect shooting in any way.
Bore - 8/10 - The bore shows some very minor signs of wear. The rifling is bright and smooth throughout the length of the barrel, showing minimal signs of use. There is one small scratch in the bore and one visible spot of minor pitting. Borescope verified.
