This is a .308 Winchester featherweight barrel, manufactured in 1953.
Bluing - 90% - The bluing on this barrel shows some signs of wear. There are spots of fading and wear throughout the barrel, as well as some very faint finish stains which can only be seen in direct white light
Metal - Overall, this barrel is in very good condition. There are some very minor scratches across the barrel, as well as a few spots of minor pitting. The sight ramp is slightly nicked.
Bore - 7/10 - The bore shows some signs of wear. The rifling is bright and smooth throughout the barrel, but there are a few small spots of light pitting in the bore. There are no signs of other metal damage. Borescope verified.
