This is a standard steel floor plate from a pre-war Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 90% - This floor plate has factory rust bluing, typical of rifles with serial numbers under 20,000. The bluing on this floor plate shows light edge wear and very slight unevenness.
Metal - The metal on this piece is in excellent condition. There are no nicks or other metal damage. There's one very minor dent near the trigger guard latch.
