This is an H&H magnum receiver from a 1951 Model 70 rifle. This receiver has been reblued.
Bluing - 95% - This receiver has been reblued with a dark matte finish. The new bluing shows minimal signs of wear, but there are some small rubs in the finish. There is also a small spot of residue wear along the rear bridge, where a sight block was once installed. Overall, the new bluing is even and unworn throughout the receiver.
Metal - This receiver is in excellent overall condition. There are no significant scratches, nicks, or other forms of metal damage.
There are no added holes or other modifications on this receiver.
