This is a standard steel trigger guard from a Winchester Model 70 rifle. It has been reblued.
Bluing - Refinished - 90%. The new finish on this trigger guard is dark and even, but there is an area of scuffs or scratches to the bluing at the top of the bow.
Metal - The metal is in excellent condition.
