This is a .270 Win. standard barrel from a 1952 Model 70 rifle.
Bluing and Metal - The bluing on this barrel is generally dark and even but it has numerous small light scratches and freckled spots and also a rubbed area on the shank. There are no deep dings or gouges.
Bore - 8/10 - The bore shows no wear in the throat but some pitting near the muzzle. Borescope verified.
