This is a .30-06 Springfield standard barrel from a 1951 Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 85%. While the bluing is mostly dark there are worn spots.
Metal - Overall, this barrel is in good condition. There is some light freckling and shallow pitting, mostly near the muzzle, but no dings or deep scratches.
Bore - The throat has no notable wear, but enough pitting near the muzzle to warrant an 8 out of 10 rating. Borescope verified.
