This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 90% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The finish is smooth and even, with the slightest bit of edgewear and fading. There are a few very small light scratches or nicks to the bluing.
Metal - The metal is in excellent condition, with no notable damage.
