This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 80% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The bluing on this floor plate has thinning/fading and light edgewear. There are also some light scratches to the bluing.
Metal - The metal is in very good condition with no significant damage.
