This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 95% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The bluing on this floor plate shows little visible wear, with just a few tiny scratches around the hinge tab.
Metal - The metal is in excellent condition with just slight scratches.
