This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle. It appears to have been refinished.
Bluing - Refinished. The new finish on this floor plate contains no edgewear, fading or notable scratches.
Metal - The metal is in very good condition, with some small scratches and dings that remain visible underneath the new finish.
