This is a Target barrel from a post-1964 Winchester model 70 rifle, chambered in .243 Winchester. The 24" barrel does not have a cut for the extractor; it is from a push-feed post-1964 model 70. There no sights, and no dovetail or front ramp. It is drilled and tapped in two locations.
Bluing and Metal - 95% - This bluing on this barrel is in excellent condition, with almost no marks in the finish, including notable dings, rust, freckling or other damage.
Bore - 9/10 - With no visible throat wear and only a very few, very small pits, this barrel rates a 9 out of 10. Borescope verified.
