This is a matching receiver and bolt body pair from a 1963 standard rifle - last year of production. Both pieces are marked with the serial number 563703 and have the original finish.
Receiver - Overall, this receiver is in excellent condition. The receiver bluing is original with very light of wear on the rails and in the tang area, but no other notable scratches, dings or other metal damage. There are no holes or modifications to the receiver.
Bolt Body - The bolt body is also in excellent condition with no significant scratches, nicks, or other metal damage on the piece; there is some light finish wear on the knob.
