This is a standard receiver from a 1961 Model 70 rifle, stamped with the serial number 531713.
Bluing - 90% - The finish is fairly even, but with some slight thinning and edge wear. There is also wear on the rails and in the tang area.
Metal - Overall, the metal is in excellent condition with no notable scratches or dings.
