This is a standard receiver from a 1955 Model 70 rifle, marked with the serial number 324300. The are the remnants of some markings on the receiver showing sight correction directions; faint arrows with "Up" or "R" marked.
Bluing - 85% - The bluing has some fading and unevenness, with wear in the tang and on the rails.
Metal - Overall, the metal of this receiver is in good condition. There are scratches on the tang, but no other notable damage.
