This Leupold Vari-Xc II 3-9x40 scope with a matte finish and duplex reticle is in very good to excellent condition. The optics are clear, there are no scratches on the lenses, no fogging, and the adjustments all move freely. There are none of the typical marks from rings but there are about 6-8 pin-head sized scratches in the finish. Leupold scopes come with a factory lifetime warranty.
