This stock is originally from a standard rifle produced between 1950 and 1958. It will fit all standard rifles made between 1948 and 1963, other than the H&H magnum and .458 magnum chamberings.
The wood on this stock has been refinished by the team here at Pre64Win, including re-bluing the steel buttplate. The butt plate is proud along one side; see photos. There are no significant cracks, splits, gouges, or other issues. The checkering is in very good to excellent condition.
