This is a beautiful .30-06 Featherweight rifle, produced in 1958. This collectible rifle is all original with no modifications. The metal in near perfect condition but the stock has numerous handling marks.
The original bluing grades at 95% and is in near perfect condition including almost no edge wear. There are a few light blemishes on the bottom metal and a mark on the side of the receiver next to the Winchester trademark logo. The bore of the 22" barrel shows no wear in the throat. It does contain some light pitting, for this reason it rates a 9 out of 10 upon borescope inspection. The bolt is correct and serial number matched to the receiver.
The stock has its original finish with some handling marks. There are no cracks or stains, but there are several shallow dings and scuffs. The stock retains its original hard rubber buttplate, which has some wear. The original checkering has some dings and scratches.
