This stock is originally from an H&H magnum rifle produced between 1951 and 1961 and will fit any post-war .375 H&H. It has the longer magnum magazine opening for the H&H magnum chamberings and the enlarged barrel channel for the .375 magnum barrel profile but has also has relief for the goose egg rear sight boss. It appears this stock may has started life with the standard barrel contour channel for .300 H&H magnum and was then opened up to accommodate the .375 heavy barrel.
This stock has been bedded and refinished. The bedding has been relieved enough to allow fitting to your receiver. The finish is smooth and even with no chips, cracks, gouges, or other notable damage. The forward sling swivel screw hole has been repaired - see photos. The checkering is original, and aside from one slight dent, is in excellent condition. The reproduction recoil pad is also in excellent condition.
