This is an superb Featherweight rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield and produced in 1960. The rifle grades in NRA excellent condition.
The metal grades at better than 95% with all original bluing and no notable blemishes. There is slight thinning of the bluing on the bolt knob, a shadow in the receiver ring from a past scope mount and sine very minor marks in the bottom metal. Otherwise the metal finishes are perfect.
The monte carlo stock retains its original finish and buttplate with no modifications. There are minor blemishes in the stock finish which appear to have been touched up. But no cracks, gouges, notable dents or other issues.
The bore of the 22" barrel is perfect with no noted wear, erosion or pits. It grades a 10 out of 10 under borescope inspection.
All parts are correct and appear to be original to the rifle. The bolt is serial number matched to the receiver.
