This .300 H&H Magnum rifle, produced in 1956, is in very good to excellent (partially refinished) condition. All parts are correct and appear to be original to the rifle. The bolt is serial number matched to the receiver.
The metal retains its original finish, with some minor wear. There is notable bluing wear on the bolt handle but no rust, deep scratches, or other damage.
The refinished Monte Carlo stock is in excellent condition with no significant dings, scratches, splits, or stains. The checkering is in very good condition as is the reblued steel butt plate.
The bore of the 26" barrel has almost no throat wear and only a few pits, rating a 9 out of 10. Borescope verified.
