This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 95% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The bluing on this floor plate contains virtually no edge wear or fading. It has a few extremely light thin scratches, and a subtle spot of discoloration on one edge. Overall the piece looks almost perfect.
Metal - This piece contains no scratches, dents, pitting, or other defects in the metal.
