This is a 1959 Featherweight rifle chambered in .270 Winchester. The receiver and bolt are marked with matching serial numbers - 459920.
The metal is in very good condition with no notable dings, damage, or repairs. There are a few small scratches and rubs in the finish. There is light wear and thinning on the bolt handle. The aluminum bottom metal has light fading and a few small scratches.
The Monte Carlo stock has been refinished by the Pre64 team and is excellent condition. The stock has no modifications and retains its original factory hard rubber butt plate. There are no significant repairs, cracks, damage, dents, or staining. The checking is in excellent condition.
The bore of the 22" barrel has only minor throat wear and no pits, rating a 9 out of 10 under borescope examination.
