Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Most shipments arrive without issue, but occasionally packages are lost, damaged, or misdelivered while in transit.

If you purchased shipping insurance and believe your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment, you may file a claim through our shipping insurance partner, Assurify.

Before submitting a claim, we recommend reviewing the carrier tracking information to confirm the current delivery status of your shipment. In some cases, delayed packages continue moving through the carrier's network and are ultimately delivered without further action.

If you believe a claim is warranted, please follow the instructions below to begin the claims process through Assurify.
