This is a Featherweight barrel for a pre 64 Winchester model 70 rifle, chambered in .243 Winchester. This barrel is not stamped with a manufacture date and it uses the #3 ramp, indicating it was probably manufactured in the early- to-mid 1950's.
Bluing - 95% - This bluing on this barrel is in very good to excellent condition; it's even and dark without significant wear or fading.
Metal - Very good condition, with a very few light scratches, but no gouges, pits, etc.
Bore - 7/10 - The bore is in good condition, with some throat wear, but no pitting. The crown is undamaged. Borescope verified.
