This is a barrel for a pre-64 Winchester model 70 standard rifle, chambered in .264 Winchester Magnum. This barrel is not stamped with a manufacture date but it has the #7 ramp, indicating it was manufactured in 1958 to 1963.
Bluing and Metal - 85% - This bluing on this stainless-steel barrel is beginning to fade and has many pin-head sized specs of bluing loss. There is finish wear at the muzzle and the sight ramp has finish loss and discoloration. There are series of small scratches on the top of the barrel, see pictures, but no other significant gouges, dings, or other damage.
Bore - 8/10 - The bore is in good condition, with some throat wear but no pits.
