This is a Featherweight barrel for a pre 64 Winchester model 70 rifle, chambered for the .264 Winchester magnum cartridge.
Bluing and Metal - 90% - This bluing on this barrel is in very good condition, dark and even but with a worn spot on top (less than 1/4") and a few smaller worn spots along the side near the front sight. There is also some bluing loss at the muzzle. There are no notable scratches, dings, rust, freckling or other damage.
Bore - 6/10 - The bore has a combination of throat wear, heat cracking, and some shallow pitting. Borescope verified.
