This is a .30-06 Springfield standard barrel from a 1953 Winchester Model 70 rifle. It is the National Match configuration, with a standard contour but drilled for attaching blocks to the barrel just ahead of the dovetail.
Bluing - 90%. Most of the bluing is in great shape, but there are some worn bands around the chamber.
Metal - Overall, this barrel is in very good condition. There are a few small scratches, but no freckling or pitting.
Bore - 8/10 - The bore has wear in the throat, but no pitting. Borescope verified.
