This is a .30-06 Springfield standard Super Grade barrel from a 1956 Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 98% - This barrel has been re-blued (rust bluing) and is near perfect condition. The only notable issue is a lack of bluing on the crown.
Metal - Overall, this barrel is in very good to excellent condition. There are minor patches of freckling that show through the bluing.
Bore - 9/10 - The bore shows no signs of throat wear and some minor discoloration, but no notable pitting. Borescope verified.
