This is a .30-06 Springfield Super Grade barrel from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - Re-blued - This barrel has been freshly re-blued and is near perfect condition. The bluing is dark and even.
Metal - Overall, this barrel is in very good condition. There is minor freckling that shows through the bluing, mostly under the barrel near the chamber, and a small ding at the muzzle.
Bore - 9/10 - The bore shows almost no throat wear and just a very few small pits. Borescope verified.
