This is a .300 H&H Magnum standard contour barrel from a 1940 Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - The barrel has been re-blued in our shop; the new bluing is without wear or blemishes.
Metal Condition - There are a few sanding marks on the rear sight boss and, under very close examination, some very small dings and specks of freckling can be seen through the bluing.
Bore - 8/10 - The bore has light throat wear and some scattered pits. Borescope verified.
