This is a Type-III bolt housing with a face for magnum cartridges. It is engraved with serial number 320139.
Handle bluing - None. The bluing has been either worn or polished off.
Metal - This bolt housing is in very good overall condition. There are a few marks and scratches but no notable damage or modifications.

NOTE: While model 70 bolts may appear to be interchangeable, to safely replace the bolt in a rifle requires the action to be checked for proper headspacing and lug seating. This is a simple procedure which can be performed in a matter of minutes by a qualified gunsmith.
