This is a Type-III bolt housing with a face for standard cartridges. The bolt body has been jeweled. There is no serial number marked on the bolt.
Handle bluing - The bluing has wear, particularly on the knob.
Bolt Body - The blot has been jeweled. The jeweling is in very good condition, with some wear. The serial number is no longer visible. There are no significant marks or nicks on the bolt shaft or bolt face.

NOTE: While model 70 bolts may appear to be interchangeable, to safely replace the bolt in a rifle requires the action to be checked for proper headspacing and lug seating. This is a simple procedure which can be performed in a matter of minutes by a qualified gunsmith.
