This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 95% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The bluing on this floor plate contains virtually no edge wear or fading. It has some very light surface scratches, two tiny speckles / imperfections to the finish, and a small ding to the tab. Otherwise, it's a nearly flawless piece.
Metal - This piece contains no scratches, dents, pitting, or other defects in the metal, aside from the ding in the tab, mentioned above.
