This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 75% - This floor plate has factory bluing. There's minor edgewear and fading of the finish. There are also notable scratches and some pitting throughout. None of this damage is very deep, but it occurs across most of the piece.
Metal - The metal remains in good condition with the mentioned scratches pitting.
