This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 75% - This floor plate has factory bluing. The finish on this piece is heavily scratched, scuffed, and freckled. However, it doesn't have much edgewear or fading.
Metal - The metal is in very good condition with scratches and freckling that reach through the finish to the metal.
