This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 85% - This floor plate has factory bluing. There's minor edgewear and fading, and one circular blemish where it appears a caustic liquid dripped onto the bluing. Otherwise, the finish is in very good condition, with no deep scratches, rubs, or freckling.
Metal - There are a few tiny dings to the metal along the edge of the floor plate, and one tool mark on the hinge tab which left a small chip.
