This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 85% - This floor plate has factory bluing. There's a bit of edgewear, a few scratches/scuffs and a tiny area of pitting. Most of the finish issues are near to the hinge tab; otherwise, the bluing on this piece is excellent.
Metal - The metal is in excellent condition with no notable damage.
