This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 80% - This floor plate appears to have mostly factory bluing. It has light edgewear and thinning of the finish. There are a few tiny droplets of something dried on the surface of the floor plate. The end of the floor plate (where it latches to the trigger guard) has a darker sheen that may indicate some finish was added here.
Metal - The metal is in excellent condition with no notable damage.
