This is a standard steel floor plate from a Winchester Model 70 rifle.
Bluing - 85% - This floor plate has original factory bluing. The finish shows light and even fading throughout, with slight edgewear and a few light dings and scratches.
Metal - The metal is in very good condition, with a few tiny dings to the edges of the floor plate.
